AudioResellerz — Return & Refund Policy (Wholesale)

Effective Date: 09-22-2025
Applies To: All wholesale purchases made on AudioResellerz.com or via purchase order (PO)

1) All Sales Are Final

All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse, overstock, slow-moving inventory, or forecast errors

  • Fitment/compatibility issues not verified before ordering

  • Cosmetic preferences or packaging variations

  • Any custom, special-order, built-to-order, or pre-order items

By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge this policy and agree that no returns or refunds will be issued except as expressly stated below.

2) Narrow Exceptions (Replacements/Credit Only)

Handled as replacement or store credit (at our discretion) only:

  1. Our Shipping Error – wrong SKU/quantity shipped.

  2. Carrier Damage or Loss – damage in transit or carrier-confirmed loss (see §4).

  3. Shortages – missing items vs. packing list.

No cash refunds. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or store credit after verification. We do not reimburse resale losses, labor, install time, or consequential damages.

3) Claim Filing Deadlines (Strict)

Email support@audioresellerz.com within these windows from the carrier delivery scan:

  • Shortages / Our Error: within 48 hours

  • Parcel Damage (UPS/USPS/FedEx): within 48 hours (with photos)

  • Freight/LTL Visible Damage: note on BOL at delivery + email within 24 hours

  • Freight/LTL Concealed Damage: within 48 hours (with photos)

Late or undocumented claims are denied.

4) How to File a Claim (Include All Items Below)

Subject line: CLAIM – [Order/PO #] – [Issue]
Include:

  • Order/PO #, business name, ship-to address, contact phone

  • Photos: outer carton, inner packing, shipping label, product/damage

  • For shortages: photo of box contents + packing list

  • For freight/LTL: BOL with damage notation at delivery

  • Any carrier case/claim # if opened

Retain all packaging until the claim is fully resolved—carriers may inspect or retrieve items.

5) Resolution Process

  • We review and may request more proof (photos, serials, weight tickets).

  • For carrier issues, we assist with the carrier claim; no replacement/credit until the carrier resolves and pays the claim (including partial payouts).

  • Approved outcomes: replacement or store credit (at our sole discretion).

6) Manufacturer Defects & Warranties

Most products carry a manufacturer warranty. Warranty service is handled directly with the manufacturer per their policies. We do not accept returns for defect outside the exception process unless we authorize in writing.

7) Refused / Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender

Do not refuse deliveries. Refusals/RTS are not eligible for refund/return. If a shipment returns to us due to refusal, bad address, or failure to receive, we hold it 7 business days. Reshipment requires payment of two-way freight plus storage/handling. After 7 days, storage fees accrue; unclaimed goods may be treated as abandoned and disposed of without credit.

8) Title, Risk of Loss & Insurance

Title and risk of loss transfer to buyer when the shipment is tendered to the carrier (FOB origin), including partner drop-shipments. Buyer is responsible for additional insurance beyond standard carrier limits (available on request).

9) Cancellations & Changes

Wholesale POs/orders are non-cancelable and non-changeable once placed. Custom/special orders and pre-orders are locked at submission.

10) Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

Chargebacks on wholesale orders are prohibited. Disputes must follow §§2–5 or manufacturer warranty (§6). Unapproved chargebacks are treated as fraud, subject to the AudioResellerz Terms of Service chargeback recovery (including 2× amount, minimum 10 hours @ $100/hr, and court costs, where permitted by law) and may be referred to law enforcement/prosecutors.

11) Non-Refundable Costs

Always non-refundable:

  • Shipping & handling (including “free shipping” promos)

  • Payment processor/credit card fees retained by the processor

  • Third-party service fees (expedites, lift-gate, appointment delivery, insurance, address corrections)
